Solid ethiopian opals black brown orange white or otherwise r very rare, how does one make a price. easy!!! we take austrailian opal prices and charge the same price until someone out there compiles a price guide to work from. i have sold ethiopian opals in the trade for as much as $1000 per carat. thats the top price for top stones,maybe i am selling to cheap and ruining the market???? Whatever u c on ebay i have better. i will put my collection up to be viewed soon on, investagem. com or ebay. i am still deciding my options.etiopian opals will take off like a rocket soon so lets b on the flight.
