Subject: Caught the opal bug

I've been doing lapidary for about a year now and I've caught the opal bug. I've been working with several different types that I've got from ebay and I've been mostly making triplets. I've worked with Spencer, Lightning Ridge, fire agate and synthetic. I've been learning as I go and getting better with each cab. I would like to know a better source of opal than ebay. I've been burned badly a couple of times. I would appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction. Thanks for any help with this.
