I bought several pieces of rough at the Tucson show in February. All have cracked, whether or not I left any of the rind on the stones. I use Nova wheels -280, 600, 1200, 3,000 - and polish on a water-soaked muslin wheel with French cerium. No heat, but no success with stability so far, either. Has anyone really had success with these stones? Please let me know what to look for in the rough for more stable stones!! Thank You
